Prior to starting C&E, he helped real estate agents with digital advertising and worked in the mortgage industry.

For C&E, he specializes in market research, technology automations, copywriting, and turning ideas into action.

Elle’s biggest strengths include strategic thinking, individualization, and relating to others.

Prior to starting C&E, she managed a set of three restaurants and worked in management for the multi-family housing industry.

During COVID, she earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration with certificates in Social Media Marketing and Data Analytics.
